Playa Blanca

Playa Blanca Lodge

Ten miles south of Casa Blanca you will find Playa Blanca Lodge. One of angling’s best-kept secrets, Playa Blanca Lodge has unrivaled access to the flats frontier of Espiritu Santo Bay. Loaded with bonefish, permit, tarpon and snook, it would be impossible to find a better destination from which to fish this remote area.

Playa Blanca is a spacious, luxurious lodge with a deep-set covered porch, perfect for reading and relaxing, as well as a roof top sanctuary- a fabulous place for stargazing. Walk along the white sand pathways and you will come to a large palapa at the water’s edge, equipped with comfortable furniture and brightly colored hammocks.

Playa Blanca Lodge features large duplex cabanas spaced among the palms near the beach. The rooms have terracotta floors, large bathrooms with marble vanities, and natural wood furnishings set in white interiors with tropical accents. Each room has its own patio overlooking the grounds and nearby Caribbean. Rooms set back from the ocean have air conditioning, while ocean front rooms take advantage of the sea breezes. The lodge offers seven rooms and accommodates fourteen guests perfectly.

Remote but not disconnected, Playa Blanca has wireless Internet for guest use, and satellite telephones, available for a small fee.

Casa Redonda and Suite is a short walk up the beach from Playa Blanca proper. Set by itself on a protective dune fronting the Caribbean and miles of private beach, Casa Redonda and Suite is the ultimate tropical hideaway, perfect for couples, small groups, or those just wanting to get away from it all.

There are two structures on the grounds of Casa Redonda and Suite

The Main House:

Perfect for couples, the main house features two large suites with over-sized private baths, a full service kitchen, a living and dining area with a large ocean view and a spectacular waterfront deck.

The Suite:

A beautiful one bedroom with a king-size bed and sitting area, large private bath and a seaside-soaking tub. In addition, it has a large raised patio overlooking the ocean.

Casa Redonda and Suite is designed to leave the smallest footprint possible. All buildings are powered by a state-of-the art solar system.
