One of those weeks all anglers dream about. Bright sun, minimal clouds, and only the lightest breezes. A 23 permit week, with fish that seemed to have forgotten their reputation for pickiness and were out in force. A great week for snook and bonefish also, while tarpon fishing was a bit slow by comparison. 3 grand slams and one permit double, made all the more special because they were not caught out of schools, but off of two separate rays. An excellent week for snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking as well. Weeks like this make it all worth it.
