The bays are coming back into shape and the permit with them. The first part of the week air temps were chilly as we dealt with a departing cold front, but the weather steadily improved. Chris H pulled a nice permit out of E.Bay to complete a Grand Slam, while Palometa Joe broke his recent slump with a beauty of a permit out of A. Bay, well over 20 pounds. Doug M. caught three permit for the week, among them his first, and two in one day. Tarpon, snook and bone fishing remains strong.
