A diverse group of guests at the lodge this week, with Italy, Switzerland, Wyoming and Massachusetts all represented. A bit challenging with stout winds from the North East for most of the week, but anglers were able to get out of the wind and chase tarpon, snook, cuda and bonefish amongst the mangroves and a good time was had by all. Permit proved somewhat tougher, but Asha C managed to bring home her first permit ever, an accomplishment any day the more so impressive with the wind. She ate the tequila cured scorpion with pride.
