Casa and Playa Blanca Fishing Report Nov. 8-15

9:36 am , December 2, 2014 0

The most idyllic weather week of the season so far, and the fishing reflected that. Every day with just a hint of a breeze, sunshine, little to no cloud cover. The ocean calmed to the point where multiple schools of tarpon could be found out in front of Casa Blanca within casting range, permit teaming up with triggerfish and jacks along the rocky points, bonefish tailing lazily on the home flat, even snook coming out from the river by the airstrip.  Permit tally for the week, 13. Lots of snook, plenty of tarpon and bonefish. The kind of week we all dream about.
