Extreme low tides and happy fish this week. Lovely weather too, with light to medium winds trending mostly out of the east-south-east and plenty of sun, high clouds that tended to burn off in the afternoon. Fishing seemed to get better as the week wore on and we got away from the previous week’s cold front. Permit fishing was very productive, with a lot of fish about, many shots, and plenty of fish caught. Snook fishing also remained productive, and tarpon turned on from about mid-week on.
