We experienced very tough weather the first three out of the six days this week, with rain and clouds and wind steady at 20-25 out of the SE/E, on Wednesday the wind shifted out of the NW and lessened somewhat in strength. It was a difficult week with some definite bright spots. Permit fishing was still tough, but all the other species were present and accounted for, Santa Rosa was a good place to shelter this week for tarpon, snook, and bonefish, Jen NZ managed a 15 pound snook and jumped a bunch of tarpon with guide David back there as well.
