The three boats that fished this week were holdovers from last week. Saturday we made an audible to fish Santa Rosa due to poor conditions in the bay. Kay managed to find a nice big permit at 3pm and arrived back to the dock all smiles. Kay proceeded to catch another permit on Sunday and Monday. The bay had received a lot of rain the previous week and we are still dealing with the influx of fresh water. David had some fun baby tarpon fishing and managed to land a handful of them. There were lots of tales of crushed crab flies this week but limited chances to cast at them. We enjoyed a traditional Thanksgiving feast and had a great time sharing the holiday with our family on island.
